ON3P Integrated Brand Promotion Management Capstone Project
Over the course of the Fall 2020 semester, myself and a group of fellow marketing students challenged ourselves in order to better the brand and promotions for a local Portland ski manufacturer: ON3P. We focused on their brand values, working to maintain the grassroots locals only vibe, while suggesting potential areas of improvement within their marketing strategy. Ranging from print media to social media, our 40 page audit encapsulated all of the ideas that we had been learning throughout our time as marketing students. Through the project I was able to get a glimpse of what the real world held: hard work, deadlines, and oh so much fun. As an avid backcountry skier getting it was exciting to dive deep into ski culture by developing consumer personas, mocking up ad copy, and working to understand the brand history.
